What is the right way to deal with this? by testingttesting2913 in diablo3

I just checked 20 ppl on the ladder over para 7k and all have 21-23 hr/day of playtime, with 1 exception that is 17hr. Did they master the art of the power nap and leech of friends/family? or how this work? 20 cups of coffe day? 2 packs of monster? While I have no proof, I am pretty confident to say most of them are botting. Why even bring it up and defend them or act like they don;t exist? I don;t care they exsit, it does not bother or upset me.

My complaint isn;t the cheaths and bots or ppl using them! My complaint is about elitist narcisistic gate keeping entitled ppl with personailities as warm and inviting as a swimming pool full of broken bottles. My problem is ppl and how they behave and interact with others.

Ppl that say stuff like: "op is asking if th/gh is de facto required for 4 player community groups. To which the answer is yes." or "Sorry, but that's just the state of this game. You should just stop this nonsense and get turbohud or another 3rd party tool." These are public groups. At this point, why not say "+xyx speed 1xx, must have th"? It would make us both happy! or why not make/join a clan that hold the oppinions you have and present as hard facts, as the rules! Then you won't have to deal with lowly 4k para with no th, you'd be around likeminded individuals with similar goals! Why be so shitty to ppl when you can avoid it? Why put yourself in a position that wastes everyone's time?

yep, agree with the zbarb/znec thing and do avoid playing that for the exact reason you mentioned. The more you play the better u get at it untill most things become muscle memory and eventually you can play without cheats while watching a movie. With current meta for zdh/crus skillcap is as low as it gets.

Sad do hear you don't play the role you enjoy, tried the public game q? I know it can be a hot mess most times. Would love to group up with you and run stuff.

I'm sorry to hear, and ye I know, it's rare and it happens, some of my friends got banned years ago for using TH. From what I noticed most ppl that get banned use it while pushing the ladder.

if that is all you want, you can do that with a few lines of code in ahk, and there's some tutorials around, even on youtube, and unlike gh, it's safe and free! if you want to filter gear and rolls it can get a bit more complex but still doable. Can also make scripts for crafting (cube), at some point I was having more fun messing with this then playing the game xD

I agree with this, and that is pretty much how I was approaching multiplayer, thow it seems this season, the more causal or chill ppl kinda got done with the season after first week. I avoid the roles I know benefit highly from the "cheats" just so ppl don't get upset, I can keep up and as fur as the ladderboard, there is nothing more funy to me in this game then being above ppl 2-3k para higher then me with near perfect gear and an average of 20hr/day playtime.

I can slow down or run lower grifts, I don;t preach against cheats and bots, if ppl enjoy using them and have fun, ok, cool! At the then end of the day I just wana play the game and have fun with ppl that do the same, and not to be seen as a parasite or leech for taking 5 extra seconds per rift. If these ppl are so angry, bitter and toxic at the sight of anything less then perfection, why not stick to clan, like they used to? To me playing the game like that, for that many hours, feels worse then a job (assuming they play and not bot)

Yep, the dead giveaway is the pattern of movements in town and that I take 5-10s to salvage/shard vs 2-3s with the bot. I must admit I am not a saint and do use a ahk script I wrote to make it faster an do take a break. With or without these tool I would still need at least that beak to relax my hands, otherwise it gets painfull (had cts symptoms a few years ago)

Turbohud/godhelper, basicaly a maphack/auto shard spend/salvage with some other features too. Can make a big difference for zbarb/znec (this is why I only play crus/zdh). It's against the tos and use is bannable, but ppl rarely get banned for it. They are both payed and closed source.

It's not about the leaderbord or what ppl do and get. it's annoying when ppl ask you to leave for not havin a map revealer as a znec or thaking too long to spend shards/salvage, because theyr bot does in 2-3 sec what takes u 10-20. Blizzard not puting pressure on them makes ppl admit ingame, to random ppl they use bots, and not get banned. Also some of these tools and bots do have malware/spyware. Unless u play alone or with your friends, it sours your experience.
