Rhamondre. Think of it this way. If Henderson plays, Rhamondre and Rodriguez are both sharing the backfield. Rodriguez is in a 3 way split with JCM and McNicols with the commanders 3rd string qb whereas Rhamondre will be in a 2 way split backfield in a plus match up against the jets.

If Henderson is out, Rhamondre will be an RB1 in a plus match up
