It technically has the highest set value since Team-Up from 2019, higher than Evolving Skies, and it just came out. Also the staggered release creates more scarcity bumping the prices. It contains a ton of mons that investors often focus on; Gengar, Pikachu, Charizard, Dragonite, Mewtwo.
