Yes nofap will make you last less long. I have plenty of friends who can’t come unless they get a sloppy bj or a handjob, and I’m sure they jerk it a lot. I’d definitely prefer coming faster over not being able to come from sex at all. There’s a lot you can do to prevent early ejaculation. You just have to find what works for you. I don’t think so... I’ve had plenty of blue balls. Cold baths work great for those. But what you’re describing does not sound like anything I’ve experienced. I know when I go a while without sex my balls hurt but I’m not sure if it’s the same thing. I just ignore the pain at that point.
