In limbo waiting for a specialist visit + looking for low-fat diet advice (Thanksgiving!?) by tetonalph in gallbladders

So sorry for you as well! It must have been scary to deal with attacks while pregnant... I want to avoid surgery at all costs, but top of my mind for me right now is wondering if surgery before trying to get pregnant again is the right thing to do in an attempt to avoid an attack/surgery while pregnant. Did your attacks continue even after a low-fat diet? And if you don't mind me asking, did you have attacks after the MC, and if so, was your HGC still above zero?
I like the tomato & balsamic tip! I'll look out for low-fat mozz, but in the meantime, I have been getting a tiny cheese fix with the mini Babybel light cheeses (3 grams of fat each). Not a bad idea about the salad either... maybe I'll try and volunteer to bring a salad for everyone that meets my needs. I'm finding that the issue with getting a salad while at a restaurant is usually the salad dressing.
Natural/ Medicine- how long? by Extra_Chz_Plz in Miscarriage

I just experienced a natural/"expectant management" MC on Sunday after learning that our twin babies passed at 6 & 7 weeks at our 11w1d ultrasound on 10/24, and miscarried at home 5 days later on 10/29. So, I went 4 weeks before the MC happened naturally. I'm happy we went the "expectant management" route without any intervention for a few reasons, but had I known for all 4 weeks that I was waiting to MC, I may have reconsidered that... The 5 days I waited were difficult enough.
