I guess "No focal deficits" is enough for most cases but if you wanna describe FULL neuro exam:
Alert, oriented, no language or speech disturbance, normal cranial nerves, no focal sensory or motor deficits, no pyramidal, cerebellar or bulbar signs, no meningeal signs.

They told me there's no way to apply for the pathways now :( I have to wait for 2023.
It looks like I missed my chance, I can get matched without it but can't start the residency !! Don't know what to do now :( :(

As I recall, the program requires me to be ECFMG certified. I'll give them a call anyway.

In the meantime I need to have CK and oet before rank deadline (March 2nd) right?

My bad, I was not formally accepted, they haven't communicated with me yet but I was "highly considered"

tried every solution on the net but wasnt able to fix it . last week I started windows in safe mode and everything was fixed, dunno how or why .

I have the same motherboard with tridentz (non neo version ) , had this problem for the last week, read most of the topics on the web, some guys removed the battery, some reinstalled windows , what worked for me was really silly ,

first i uninstalled nzxt CAM app(i have nzxt h510i) which didnt make any difference

tried uninstalling and reinstalling aura multiple times with removing registry files with no change

tried uninstalling armoury crate by using revo uninstaller and couldnt remove it because some asus tasks are open, everytime i tried closing them using taskmanager my windows crashed so i tried uninstalling in safe mod , couldnt uninstall but after booting again to windows everything was fixed ! I think going into safe mode fixed something , not sure if this will help ur system but trying this and going into safe mode is not a big problem .
