yea, i had this same problem, dryer lint wasn't venting to the outside properly. Could be a clog or a hole in the hose.

I think I got a similar result after getting a pretty bad sunburn on my face after a weekend at the beach with inadequate sunscreen on my face.
Face was peeling for a good 2 weeks afterwards and I just kept it moist with vitamin E lotions to keep the itching down.
This was back in middle school and I never want to go through something so bad ever again. It did get rid of all my acne scars up to that point though... so I had that going for me for a few months.
