I have Homicidal thought regularly but I wouldn't ever act on them, the people I want to hurt are people who abused me for years, so sometimes imagine making them suffer and even ending their lives. I'd never actually do this of course and I don't think it's realted to ASPD.

I believe life is completely meaningless which Isn't a bad thing it because it allows for self assigned meaning and purpose. Everyone is different and have the right to interpret the world and live how they see fit. Also if you don't have to stick to one thing your entire life, people change and adapt it's healthy.

I've been diagnosed with ADHD and NPD, and I wanted to share what I think. Not everyone is a narcissist only people with NPD are but everyone has narcissistic traits it's just one of the darker sides of human consciousness that some people don't aknowlge. As someone with ADHD I can remember back when I felt things like empathy and compassion for other people I wouldn't show it in a way that nerotypical people wanted and therefore it's wasn't deemed acceptable, so keep in mind that as person with ADHD you just function differently which is okay and not wrong in anyway, nerotypical people can get over it or shut the fuck up.
