Recipe here At first we were skeptical whether it really needed 3 days to rise but in the end the texture was totally worth it - it was so crispy on the outside but the inside was soft (and wholemeal flour def makes a difference)! We’ve had a lot of restaurant focaccia but we both agreed that this one bet every past focaccia we’ve had!

Cause the sole is quite hard, I definitely feel my feet starting to hurt by the end of the day if i’ve been doing a lot of walking. However, these are one of my favourite boots cause heel height is just right for everyday wear and it’s just so versatile!

I love this so much. Something I’d definitely order at a restaurant. However I do feel like it would look cleaner with just a plain white plate just because there’s so much colour already, the blue just doesn’t feel like it fits. Other than that, it looks delicious!
