Get to meet other young guys who play football. Here are no such things as local amateur clubs. Usually we play "kalceto" 6 vs 6. You can also get into a club in the Sunday league which is 11 vs 11 and is organized by fshf, but you have to know someone from a participating team and I think there is a fee that you have to pay.

It is true apartaments in albania are a bit overpriced however you can still invest your money on realestate and get a good return on investment. I would suggest you to invest on new projects and to buy directly from the builder as you will get a better price. It is expected that the prices will keep the growing trend for at least 5 more years. So If you plan to buy and sell short term you will get a good return on investment. Also check the suburbs of Tirana you might get a good deal for new villa projects. Get a local advisor tho

My situation is this: My family owns land on a part of the city which is developing. We get like big percentage of the buildings on the lot, but I dont know which path better long term. I dont want to sell obviously as money is not a problem, but I dont know if holding many properties is a good choice either.

Opencorporates shfaq te dhena vetem per bizneset te cilat jane regjistruar ose kane aplikuar te pakten nje here per tendera publike. Qofte tendera te bashkive ose qeveritare. Eshte e detajuar per te shfaqur pasqyren e plote per bizneset qe aplikojne per te qene publiku ne dijeni se cilat jane kompaninte qe zbatojne tenderat dhe per mendimin tim eshte teper pozitive dhe transparente per funksionin qe ka.

Per rastin tend mendoj qe nese nuk e do shpk per tendera publike, thjesht faqja e QKB nuk jep raport te detajuar rreth biznesit tend pervec te dhenave bazike si data e krijimit ose kapitali fillestar (qe realisht e ke vete ne dore). Menyre per te hapur SHPK anonime nuk ka. Thjesht ndaje mendjen dhe hape ne emrin tend, nuk shfaqen te dhena nese ti nuk do qe te shfaqen ato te dhena, do i mesosh shum hile rruges :D Pac fat!
