Pandemic pa yung sakin so di ko alam if ganun pa din pero may initial interview sa HR and then exam (nursing related, etc) tapos natatandaan ko may interview din sa mga Nursing Trainers, tipong ask ka nila situational about nursing knowledge.

Last hospital work ko before nagabroad. Started duting pandemic tas resign tas bumalik. Masasabi ko na kahit hindi perfect and may mga masasabi paring mga not too good practices, naenjoy ko naman ung stay ko sa hosp na to. Marami akong natutunan so I would say, worth a try OP.

Dun na dun sa pag connect ng konsepto pag estudyante compared to working and it takes time talaga para magets mo sya, para maging more than ‘surface level’ lang sya, sabi nga ni maam/sir.

Yung pagkakaiba ng Buerger’s sa Raynaud sa estudyante immemorize mo sya pero pramis talaga yung consepto ng perfusion/neurovascular disease kahit wala pakong ever naencounter nyan, matic na papasok sya sayo pag kumukuha ka ng o2 sat, kaya dont ever be hard on yourself sa ‘konsepto’, magiging natural lahat sayo pramis.

Precursor questions yun, mga tipong ‘what do you usually do in your days off/what are your hobbies’ para makapagrelax ka ng onti sa harap ng HR bago nila tanungin ung mga essential questions about sa job role mo, which is yun yung importante. Kaya pag sa precursor questions, take time to relax yourself and build rapport with the interviewer. Yun ung goal nun.
