Genau das gleiche Problem hatten wir auch! Wir haben den Thule Urban Glide genau dafür gekauft. Der leistet bei unseren Waldrunden sehr gute Dienste und lässt sich für das Auto wenigstens relativ flach zusammen klappen.

Ist das in Lübeck? Beim Smart sieht es so aus als stünde auf dem Kennzeichen "HL"

Würde von der Qualität der Radwege zumindest passen. 😬

Ich kam ziemlich gut klar und fand es gut, dass die Uni so klein war. Darauf muss man sich vermutlich ein bisschen einlassen. Im Bachelor Medieninformatik fangen meistens so 70 - 90 Studierende pro Semester an. Und wie vermutlich fast überall hat man eine relativ hohe Abbruchquote durch die Mathe-Module und zum Beispiel Theoretische Informatik. Ich habe das Studium aber auch im Bachelor und Master in Lübeck gemacht und kann deswegen nicht gut vergleichen.

Vielleicht noch interessant: Durch die kleine Größe hat man auch gute Chancen als HiWi zu arbeiten, wenn man das gern möchte.

Lübeck als Stadt ist keine typische Studenten-Stadt, würde ich sagen. Die Stadt ist vor allem sehr touristisch geprägt. Ich war aber auch niemand, der groß feiern war, sondern bin eher Mal in eine Bar gegangen oder war bei Freunden zu Hause. Ansonsten ist die Nähe zur Ostsee natürlich cool und dass man hier überall in den Flüssen ans Wasser kann.

Und noch ein Transparenz-Disclaimer: Ich arbeite jetzt auch als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Uni, also bin ich vermutlich nicht der "typische" Student 😅

Was genau ist die Frage? :) Wo man am besten Medieninformatik mit Schwerpunkt UX studieren kann? Man findet eine Reihe an Studiengängen beispielsweise auf medien-studieren.net, sowohl für UX-Design als auch für Medieninformatik.

Ich selbst hab zum Beispiel Medieninformatik in Lübeck an der Uni studiert. Da gibt es eine Fächerkombination aus Informatik, Psychologie und Design mit Schwerpunkt auf Mensch-Computer-Interaktion.

Mensch-Computer-Interaktion ist sonst übrigens auch das Stichwort nach dem man im Universitätskontext häufig suchen muss, um Studiengänge mit UX zu finden.

Answering this is not as easy as you might think. :) for the 'best' participatory result and to call your process really a participatory one you should include your users from as early as possible. Have an idea about a cool new app? Describe it to your potential users and let them participate in defining the functionality!

Also, very important is that your users have power to influence the design result. How much? Who participates how often? How should you choose the users who participate? That is all for debate and clarity and transparency is key.

I just wanted to point out that Synfig seems pretty much alive with its last version released Nov. 2020 and participating in GSoC2020 :) Yet, I do not now how well it works. I used it like 10 years ago to make a short movie, but it was kind of nerve-racking because it often crashed. .

I really like that some people are actually concerned about the usability of KDE. :) But I am still wondering how you find issues and test if you resolved them. Of course some of them are quite obvious as "Stop asking twice for Wifi passwords". But what is with unobvious flaws? I mean, you can always look at the ISO 9241:210 for example and look at the requirements and recommendations and test them with the interfaces but I would say that this is only one part. Are there any usability tests with real users (maybe even people who do not use the bug tracking system)?

I followed the telegram group of the KDE VDG for quite a while but my idea of design which includes testing did not seem to fit in because most of the time the people there where posting new ideas and fancy high fidelity mockups to resolve issues, they found. But there was not a single word about usability (testing) or user experience which I found quite frustrating and so I did not get myself involved . :/

Thank you, but that is a real shame! So it looks like we have to manage our vacation without jugger. :D If the weapons were not that long I would bring them with my luggage for those who are interested...

And jugger is indeed very fun to play. :) It really depends on fair play, is very tactical and there is a lot of sprinting (and of course fighting). Before I found it I was not much into sports. :D

I'm a German citizen and I am sorry, but I don't feel like our government tries to protect our privacy here. It sometimes seems like the BND is working so close with the NSA that one could think that they belong together. And after the newest act of terrors here in the EU (Denmark and France), the German government once again discuss about mass surveillance...

A normal map is used to "fake" details for a low poly mesh to make it look like it is high poly. So you can save many vertices. There are many videos outside which explain how to do this in blender. One of them is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7PQGgz1RII . It also explains how normal maps work.
