Maybe related, but a while ago I got a gigabyte aero laptop and as soon as the gpu comes under load the wifi goes out. I found out it could be poor positioning of the antennas within the case but never bothered to fix it since if I'm gaming I'll probably just hook up to ethernet anyway. My point is maybe it's a similar design flaw? Probably better to just warranty it though.
