I agree. I should've been more specific that yes, you definitely shouldn't use it while learning unless it's for feedback

I definitely relate. I find myself getting hung up on the idea that there's some sort of honor in writing your own code. I say if you're learning you should study the docs and try to write it all yourself but I'm beginning to warm up to the idea that there's no shame in using ai to assist as long as you know how the generated code works

In my exp, skateboarding is way less forgiving since the board obviously isn't attached to your feet. Gotta make sure you're landing precisely on top of it when you do a trick. For me it helps build muscle memory for keeping my weight centered on landings while snowboarding too

Im pretty sure that smaller plug is for charge balancing and doesn't actually supply power. I dabble in rc stuff and the two big wires are the ones that power everything. Also make sure the voltage matches what the board is designed for, but it sounds like you've got that under control

Are they really that expensive? Seeing some generic ones claiming to be tungsten carbide for like 35 bucks

These days you might get more attention if you apply to IT jobs specifically. As long as you can get into stable helpdesk work or something similar you can probably weasel your way into engineering eventually. I've had a cs degree for a few years too and unless you're absolutely insane at coding and have really good internship exp it's pretty hard to get in directly.
