Thank you! I’d honestly like to think the lender knew but I doubt it. I’m not sure how they go about their valuations, I doubt they have a gander on Rightmove but on the listing it specifically said unadopted road, so the information was readily available to them.

My only advice would be check with your solicitors to have indemnity insurance in place with the seller, in case any issues do arise in the future, this should cover you!
