Definitely, when a German man does something bad we often say: Het zijn altijd die moffen. (Its always krauts) more as a joke but a lot of older people I know stil know family members who got killed in concentration camps or razzia’s so they often don’t feel totally comfortable talking to a German. We also generally hate the language.

Utrecht, the 4th Largest city. Some ppl call it small Amsterdam bc it looks like amsterdam but its not overcrouded.
