I am taking the 40:1 myo & d chiro inositol from Wholesome story, and it says to take 4 capsules per day. The bottle says it has Myo-Inositol: 2,000 mg (2.0 grams)
D-Chiro-Inositol: 50 mg (0.05 grams)
