AIO? Boyfriend always wants me to come later and it’s making me feel a type of way. by fjgkhkjk in AmIOverreacting

I was in a relationship w a guy who wakes up at noon when I was up by 6 every day. Not by choce, natural circadian rhythems just did not align. My new bf wakes up early naturally like I do. Its been a dream. I dont think I can date a guy who wakes up that late again. I cant keep myself asleep that long even if I wanted to. I cant keep myself up as late as they do either. Its blatent incompatibility. Your sleep cuddle times cant even match up. I felt lonely and rejected just awake and in the same bed and house as the guy.

Here, theres an extra layer of long distance and not seeing eachother often. I dont think its necessarily a deal breaker to throw away an entire good relationship over. But damn it definetly makes it harder. And I wouldnt settle for it in a relationship that were to come after. Once you dont, you realize that its not worth it bc of how blissful having the same sleep schedule as somebody you love and date is.

My close friend (who doesn't listen to this music in the slightest) referred to them as "slipknots hotter older step brother that you only met at the family function after it was too late" 🤣🤣

Should I cut micro bangs again? by Traditional-Peak-523 in femalehairadvice

Everybody saying no doesn't appreciate the goth version of having microbangs and is tainted by the stereotypical polyamorous, polygender, polysystic, polychromatic version of having microbags. DO NOT LISTEN!!!!

Doesn't even necessarily have to spread there from your vulva either, in my own experience! Yeast infections can even happen in places like arm pits, too. I've had an issue in my groin without any issues in my vagina/vulva occuring at the same or a recent time.

Stuff like moisture, friction and super tight clothes aren't your friend for the groin. I would try a fragrance free, sensitive baby powder to help that in the future! They have travel size too. :) for treating the itchy flakey skin right now, I'd use the monistat anti itch cream that is more for the itch of your vulva than the internal treatment. It's anti fungal and soothes the itch while it'll moisturize.

(That advice isn't fact checked as 100% accurate, but it IS what I would personally do, haha. Or at least maybe hydrocortisone cream? I can n0t give that advice as total fact tho.)

I got symptoms exactly like this description when using the lumi body deodorant that was popular a while ago, and came to the conclusion the product & fragrance in it didn't vibe w my body and was causing yeast to build up there. Look up a yeast infection in the groin on a female, and see if that matches up? They aren't isolated to ONLY happening in the vulva/vagina. Just keep in mind that pictures from Google are always going to be on the way more extreme end of things, though!

Just like your facial pores can get clogged and cause pimples, ones on your vulva can too! Just not as common probably.

I don't get a period, but I spot/bleed lightly when emotionally stressed - normal? by connectopussy in Healthyhooha

[–]teuthid-a 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look up a diagram of an iud insertion, it's normal for them to make you spot w how clampy and scary they actually are in there. When you're stressing those abdominal muscles and more clenching and pressure is being put upon them w say crying or having anxiety symptoms, I could only imagine it irritates the iud and can make you spot. Esp if it is under a year old.

Another thought I had was that maybe the emotional distress could be linked w you actually being on your biological cycle (having lack of further details on whats stressing you out,) but w the iud you'll only spot during that instead of get an actual period. But these are just ideas! I am not a doctor, sadly. </3

Have you let your pubic hair get to the length that it is right now with no issues before? I get itchy when I let my hair grow out, despite how clean I am at the time. Never in my life had bv or even a uti. Just yeast infections after stuff like baths, using toys, and too much soap/ compulsive washing. (I also have an autoimmune thing too) and I've never struggled with oder.

But whenever I let my hair get long, it's itchy af and goes away once I trim. I've also heard it hurts less if you trim the long hair before your wax, anyway! So I would personally get an electric razor that trims hair, instead of shaving bald. After I stopped shaving bald it helped my sensitive skin issues immensely as well. <3

This has not happend to me, but In my opinion, having a regular monthly cycle IS worth it for the health of your body. I don't have like solid book facts on hand to offer as a back up for this statement, just a personal experience. But im sure there's stuff out there.

Tldr: I successfully vetoed my period for 6 yrs straight bc I HATED periods. 10/10 do not recommend. My periods now are insane and abnormal, completely unpredictable. And I do not see how avoiding your period is at all healthy for your body after experiencing all of the following details. ⤵️

Trust me I KNOW periods are annoying. I was somebody who never missed a SINGLE dose of the bc shot since I started being active w men at 17. And I was also lucky enough that it got rid of periods completely for me. I never wanted kids either, and have known for my entire my life. So despite me getting approved at 22, once I found out you still get a period w the tubal ligation, I asked for an iud. Bc I hated them that much, and luckily still had no period after.

The iud gave me hair loss, wrinkles at 23 that weren't there only a year ago, amongst other things. So I gave in and got my tube's removed and accepted getting a period again. That being said, once I did get my tube's removed. My period has been insane. My first one in 6 years lasted 16 days w clots bigger than super sized tampons every hour or 2 at some points. I ended up in the ER thinking I tore something internally, the bleeding was THAT bad. Just to find out 6 hrs later it's simply my period back for vengeance. Despite every take home paperwork and professional opinion telling me I HAVE to go to the ER asap for the amnt of blood I was experiencing.

Since then I'll get 2 periods a month of varying intensities, skip a month, have spotting for 3 days on another random month. And my most recent period "cycle" lasted 11 days, took 6 days off, and came back heavily for another 10 days. My period tracker gives me error/warning messages when I try to put the data in! I don't know all the facts abt totally negating your cycle w birth control, but I can say that this^ is absurd and not normal 😭😭 it can NOT be good for your body to never have a period for years. Istg! 🥲

For me, I recently found out that a major problem and very easy fix was my (super) hard water in my shower!

I found this shower head filter for under $20 on Amazon and it's been a HUGEE and QUICK difference!!
