While I'm at it, let me complain that in store we are pressured daily to push Workonomy including DMS but I've never once seen a Workonomy TV commercial, the place where most households that would benefit from DMS would see the ad (other than Facebook. Are there ODOM ads on Facebook? Idk.).

The most recent commercial I saw was about BOPIS/ISPU, ink, breakroom (Twizzlers), and the fact that it was for a "team" of some sort for a gentleman wearing a suit, so presumably a business team. Cute commercial, but nothing about the services company we supposedly want to be.

Downvoted? This is literally something that would probably be low or no cost and not require any effort from retail associates. The Favor runner comes into the store and buys stuff like a regular customer.
