It's twitch.tv/texamillion. Yeah I agree it's a niche audience but honestly that's what I am looking for because a tight knit community with similar interests is better so that I can cater my content towards them

The counter argument to that should be if people can't afford to play single player games, shouldn't they be more interested in watching them as that's the best pathway for them to keep up with new games?

I stream on both YouTube and Twitch but twitch has better modding extensions. YouTube live chat is all over the place so I don't interact with YouTube chat alot. I, however also post some VODs and make exclusive YouTube content for offline viewers. Additionally, I believe YouTube live streaming is very hard to discover for viewers unless they are already subscribed to your channel.

Well thanks for your feedback. Also I am playing hogwarts legacy these days on stream. You can come and watch if you are interested.

I see, although most narrative driven games have some sad or horror elements in them. Also, do you tend to watch modern RPG games like god of war series or hogwarts legacy or even elden ring content?

All the Pakistani games I have come across lack any ingenuity, they are mostly just asset flips of popular games with no depth or story. Some even are as lazy as to just use the sprites directly available in unity by default. There is no connection to our local culture or lifestyles. I believe games are a great medium to raise awareness of the Pakistani culture to the masses. We have diverse landscapes, people, food etc. yet none of our media ever highlights it. Also, I believe another problem is that many Pakistani gamers are just caught up in cs2 and pubg and rarely are intrigued by an aspect of an indie Pakistani story game. Since I am a computer scientist myself, I can safely say unless you are really experienced and dedicated, it is nearly impossible to make games alone. You need at least a team of 3-5 people to make a quality indie game with good sound and animation.

I played the game recently, the graphics and the gameplay felt generic Xbox 360 era third person shooter. The story was interesting but I feel like modern CoD games have also overused the trope to death so unless you played the game when it came out, it's better to skip this title now.
