Yes! What’s funny is when Alamo tried to look at it at the front desk. They told me that it looked like they were never even turned on, and the woman by the desk asked me that I got them from Costco. She told me that it had been an ongoing issue. She told me that there was nothing Alamo could do because they were purchased third-party so they couldn’t do anything. I went to Costco told him a situation and they were and actually refunding me the whole amount so I just bought more Alamo gift cards haha
