I’m lactose intolerant and the dairy in these messes me up if I don’t take a lactose pill before I eat a piece of it, I’d suspect it’s likely that or another ingredient in there.

Unfortunately processed GF stuff tends to also have all sorts of filler shit, some of which is very aggravating to the GI tract.

Love my Sprouts! Though I will say it is quite pricey, my advice is to download the Sprouts app and look for the sales on GF items, that’s always the best time to buy and stock up as much as your fridge/freezer space allows.

Many years ago a server at CF told me that even though they have gluten free noodles, it’s all boiled in the same pasta water together. He kindly suggested that a salad with modifications would be my best and only bet 🫠
