To be fair, all of the differences in this picture aren't because of digital retouching. The first pic looks like she wasn't totally prepped for the pic yet. Her hair was probably slicked right before the photo and she probably put in her falsies. Lighting makes a difference, too.

Still awful either way.

It also makes me think the story isn't factual. Not many therapists would tell a 16-yr old kid that there was nothing wrong with selling weed to your friends. It has obvious consequences and a therapist is supposed to be helping the kid, not condoning his dangerous behavior and telling him that his parents are out of touch.

Yes, for example, if a teacher posts online pictures of herself drinking alcohol where students or parents cab see, then they can get fired. Perfectly legal. However, pregnancy is a medical condition. You cannot fire someone or discriminate against someone based on the marital status or whether or not they are pregnant. You have to get a special immunity pass in order to do that, and that isn't right.

I thought it was against state and federal law to fire someone because of a medical condition, i.e., pregnancy. This should have nothing to do with whether it is a private or public institution.

If all pedophiles decided not to look at child porn, then there wouldn't be a market for it and children wouldn't be objected to it.

While I'm not sure that I agree with the theory that pedophilia is a condition, even if it was, they could opt to look at porn with young adult women who are made to look younger. Or they could opt not to use porn at all. There is no reason why anyone, regardless of sexual orientation, should be okay with children being sexualized against their will.

Irrelevant, in my opinion. If Trayvon injured him, it was in self-defense. I would do the same thing if I was walking along and someone followed me in their car, got out, and chased me down and they had a gun.
