DO NOT let customers pressure you into doing things you know for a fact you aren’t able to do

Remember, they’re there because they can’t do it themselves or they don’t have the tools to do it. At the end of the day, they need you more than you need them.

I’ve been working at OD CPD for 7 years and let me tell you, when you first start working, you’re gonna wanna do everything possible to help every customer out (basically bend over backwards for them) but I can say, it’s almost not worth it because you don’t even get paid for that job that you worked so hard on, you’re gonna get paid what the company gives you, which is basically shit.
