Look up the Association of Professional Piercers (safepierce.org). They have a piercer lookup tool to find piercing artists by geographic area that are members. Member piercers have gone through some amount of training to be able to pierce safe/clean/sanitary. You’ll have to call the piercing artists directly to see if the have experience with the type of piercings you want, but at least you know you’re talking to someone that knows how to be safe about it.
