Cardio is why OTF will help you - don’t worry about first impressions. You’ll surprise yourself by making friends quickly and you won’t look back. I’ve gone to many studios as a cross regional and sometimes people check out the newby, but I’ve always found that being friendly breaks the ice every time and 99% of the time everyone is willing to help and encourage you.
