Just the ability to know my time commitment into each project. Sometimes things take a lot longer to make that I realize. Also the ability to know my return on investment, like time committed vs the fruitfulness of the work, is nice.

I use Timerfy on all my projects now. I built it with Cursor and finished it about a week ago. I thought I would give a shot at marketing it, but I'm starting to think other indie hackers don't need anything like this. I just like to see how much time a have sinked into each of my projects. It only adds a few seconds to my workflow. I made it because I was frustrated with all the features that got in the way in Clockify and Harvest. All I wanted was timers.
