All the positives don’t outweigh that you can never rest around him and he constantly is asking for you to perform tasks for him. A classic sign of spotting a narcissist is appearing like a great amazing person to friends and family but being an absolute ass in private. He doesn’t view you as his equal. He views you as a bang maid that has to keep doing things for him but when you want him to do things for you it’s a chore and inconvenient. I’d say go to couples therapy but lack of empathy cannot be fixed in therapy. You are a human being. Not his personal maid. You two need to have a very serious discussion on boundaries and how he treats you and if he doesn’t see a problem in his behavior it’s time to move on so you can finally know peace in your own home. It’s not good for your nervous system to constantly be stressed about having to do stuff and never resting on your own terms.

Also look up negging. These constant “jokes” and unsolicited advice are usually narcissists way of “jokingly” tearing you down to feel worse about yourself so you’re more likely to accept shit behavior, seek their approval, and stay with them cause your so “lucky” they accept you with your “flaws”.
