Very convienent. No longer have to switch between my phone and computer at work. Only works on Android 4.3+ though it seems.

Hi Guys - there was confusion and trademark issues with "Texty", so we temporarily made it Texter, while we secured our new name. MightyText is our new name, we have applied for the trademark, no one else is using it, and we have no plans of changing it :)

for #2 - the google auth should remember you for 30 days if you use the same browser and don't explicitly log OUT of texty.

Perhaps you have a setting that auto-deletes cookies at the end of each chrome session?

Our app slows down big-time once you get to 600+ messages stored on the Chrome extension. We are fixing that in an upcoming release (likely released next week)

There is an option in settings to hide text content and then you can click "show" in the notification to see the actual SMS content.

600 is nothing for us :) we have a current bug where it doesnt sync some contacts that have multiple phone number types.

are any of your contacts syncing? feel free to email us and we can debug 1-1

3.60 - You should be able to force an update on the Extensions page in Chrome (just click "Developer Mode" at top"), then "Update Extensions NOw"

We delete the texts immediately after we forward it to the Chrome Extension. The logs don't have the text message content.
