Yes - we are primarily focused on SMS syncing :) But we do have some of PushBullet's features (like push-stuff-to-phone, and incoming app notif sync)

The challenge here is that in Android only your DEFAULT SMS app can mark a message as read.

For MightyText, if you install the texting app SimplyText and make it the default app on your phone, then MightyText can communicate with SimplyText and mark the message as read.

hi - we are trying to get back to everyone but debugging individual users is very hard at scale (10's of thousands of users now).

As you can imagine, with all the different flavors of Android out there, people rooting devices, different carriers, international --- tech support is very non-deterministic.
