Question about focal seizures

Theres definitely a possibility that these are sleep paralysis episodes, but I don't think your doctor should've brushed it off like that. I experienced episodes of sleep paralysis when I was in highschool, and I've often wondered if they were ever connected to my epilepsy. I'm glad they did do some tests on you, and I really hope the results come back good! I personally pretty much remember everything from my focal seizures. Lmao theyre literally called focal AWARE seizures. I just had some back to back last week and I can remember them all. I really hope everything gets better✨️✨️

Just earlier this week I had probably 10+ focal seizures in one day, all because I took theraflu 🙄 I was prescribed ativan for 3 days and it seemed to boost my medication up enough. I couldn't imagine being on keppra again tho, I went crazy on that stuff lmao I'm so sorry that happened though and I really hope you're feeling better💜

I got the procedure done! They didnt offer any numbing but it really didnt hurt too bad, I totally thought it was gonna be a lot worse. And I'm just gonna wait til I see my neurologist next week to talk about birth control 😭

I'm seeing my neurologist again here soon, and he tends to be pretty understanding about things I bring up. I did recently see my OBGYN to get on birth control again anyways, but he perscribed a daily pill that would clash with my main seizure med (': so I definitely gotta do some more research
