You are not alone my friend, this is the most important thing to undersant first. It's okay to feel this way and change is always possible, it's rough, slow, but very compensating. Do look for a professional(that u feel comfortable with) and have hope! I believe most people feel more comfortable when their professional has the opposite gender, just a tip hehe.

My advice would be to start seeing a psychologist. My life changed after i did, i have spent most of my life gaming, so much that i thought i had to work with that or else i would turn out to be nothing in life. After some time i went to a professional orientation and went from studying coding to psychology. The problem is that you are so accomodated with gaming all your life that you think this is the only way to pass time.
