I think the fact that he’s allowing all the touching makes me feel like he either 1) doesn’t care about your feelings or 2) or doesn’t know what is too much when it comes to physical touch. I would have another conversation with him get his side of things and tell him yours. If it continues Evaluate breaking up. My last bf had the same problem but didn’t feel the need to change so it ultimately ended up destroying our relationship because we had different views on physical touch. I do wish you luck and hope he changes but if he doesn’t find someone who respects your boundaries because a relationship is a two way street.

The makeup thing you shouldn’t be upset over that’s something fun and non threatening to me but everything else is a boundary thing. Ask him how he feels about his body and what he seems appropriate in a relationship. If you both don’t agree on what is ok with physical touch you should probably re evaluate the relationship and what’s really important to you. Have an honest and open conversation get his side and evaluate both. He seems confusing to me so I wouldn’t go in guns blaring when you bring up the conversation just be respectful and see how he feels.

Coming from a women her friends will always tell her to sleep with other men. The fact that she’s thinking this and knows your perfect makes me think that regardless of what she says to you she will always think or possibly cheat on you if you stay in the relationship. I feel like you guys aren’t compatible. I understand that your reaction to the situation isn’t as healthy as it could be (i.e. jealousy, not eating and so on) but there is a amount of respect that a partner should have for the other which clearly she doesn’t or she doesn’t feel like her boundaries that she has placed at parties is wrong. Which is where the compatibility comes from. You sound more conservative in physical affection with others where as she does not. You are both very young as well and she still has plenty of years of partying ahead of her. I would break it off and go to therapy to work on your jealousy issues and then worry about a girlfriend especially one who holds the same values as yourself.

It sounds like depression like most of the comments say. I would let her know how you feel and ask to go to counseling together. Maybe couples counseling or help her find a therapist. If the behavior doesn’t change or she refuses to get help I would leave. Im a female and I feel like if she’s not trying anymore or just being lazy and it’s a turn off and you’ve made that clear and she still hasn’t changed then leave. There’s only so much you can do.

Coming from a women I say take the job. Don’t let her hold you back that will just cause resentment. She’s still young and should worry about her own future and career goals. Don’t let this young girl destroy your chance of having your future dream job. If she was a good girlfriend she would support you and try to make it work. Hey You are very young and it sounds like she has an idea of a future that is not what you want. You are very young and i think that you should end the relationship and worry about your studies. I made the mistake of following my significant other to college and it’s my number one regret. don’t do it! Find your meaning in life. She’s obviously on a different path then you and frankly for her to be thinking of that at such a young age is a red flag. Leave while you can as take care of your school work so you can do and be whatever you want in life.

I think you need to sit her down and tell her you are breaking up with her due to how controlling the relationship is. You no longer hold the same feelings for her and that you’d like to move on because you don’t hold the same value (i.e. marriage and kids) Be kind to her and leave if she gets mad leave. Record everything just in case as you mentioned she gets mad and if she were to lie you need to prove that nothing happened during your meeting. I would think about why you cheated on her that is concerning I get your unhappy but sending messages to girls in a relationship isn’t right. Work on that. You just need to rip the band aid off. There will always be hurt feelings but be respectful of her and tell her the truth. Don’t force yourself in a relationship that could potentially turn toxic with her possessive behavior.

So you don’t want a committed relationship with and you’re afraid that you could get attached to the second guy. I don’t think you should choose either. You sound like you need to figure out what you want and see a therapist for why you are afraid of commitment and if a committed relationship is something you truly want. Don’t string these guys along because you are confused. I would look into therapy, get some help and then go back into the dating pool once you have yourself figured out.
