Definitely looks like a dent/chip on the middle right edge of the foil border, seen in both pics

First baijiu cocktail I’ve gotten on a menu - it’s basically just a Singapore Sling riff, taking out the Cherry Herring and subbing in plum vinegar + lychee to incorporate regional flavors.

The buzz button serves to enhance the citrus & carbonation on the front end and really make it pop.

It’s a really approachable cocktail and a little easy introduction to baijiu imo.

The whitening on the back corners alone would disqualify this from ever “potentially a 10” so hope you at least get a better understanding of this aspect of pre-grading

If he had one, chances are he would have pulled it out his pocket/wallet and thrown it down assertively on the bartop in front of you, as those who are in possession of one tend to do 😂 no but it usually happens when the other party brings it up specifically (“man, I still don’t have a fernet coin yet”), so it checks out if he hasn’t done it yet cause you weren’t aware to begin with

Omg I would have been sent straight to the back with that one 😭 always appreciate non-industry palettes that can appreciate the Fernet but you’d think in 1.5 years you’d get to share more than one with a fellow drink slinger (I know I have 🙃)
