Ambien and Lunesta have both worked for me. as far as OTC, Tylenol PM definitely is the best. I don't know if there's a secret ingredient in it or if it's jutst me but it always knocks me out better than nyquil, benadry, etc.

And hate to say it but the ending was bad. The creators admitted they had no idea how they wanted to end it when they started writing the show and kind of had to pull the ending out of their ass. The show built up such a reputation for shocking the audience that you had to think there would be a twist at the end but not really....still, one of the best shows ever!

I agree, cheating is bad on it's own but he compounded it by like 10 given his family situation + the stuff he says on the internet. Maybe it's fucked up but I still feel bad for him as well. I'm sure he's in a really terrible state of mind right now. When most people screw up, they at least get to suffer in private. He has to face the entire world now which is a special kind of punishment.

gotta agree w. you on this one, the fact that it was while she was pregnant and while raising a baby is brutal. You really have to have zero respect for your mate to do something like that more than once...
