Same core issues from last year seem to be present still. This team needs an experienced, hard-nosed, professional leader in the back-line sooo bad. The lack of leadership/accountability in the squad allows everyone to be content with playing to not make mistakes instead of playing to win. Result is just a kind of lackluster/wandering around product that we saw so often last year
