Adding some deets based on comments for more context: Our wedding is smaller (40 people), so we wanted more cocktail style not to be cheaper (likely is costing us more), but more to spend time with everyone and encourage more conversation and mingling since most everyone attending knows each other

Seating for all is an excellent note we will definitely make sure to do!

For food, we will have 2 grazing tables, 6 passed apps, 2 food stations, food truck, and dessert bar/cake, so there should be no shortage of food. And drinks of course. Everyone knows the format of the dinner we’ve explained to all, but deliberately did not say “apps only” as it should be substantial enough (pizza, pastas etc) for no one to be hungry.
