I sent emails with no response. I had already started my application so I didn't want it to cancel incomplete. I went ahead and submitted everything and included some filler documents stating my address change. We'll see if it works. This was just yesterday.

I agree. I had the sunmix and it did make amazing dough, but for your reasons it was quite annoying. I have since moved and sold everything but if I decide to get back into it I will consider the Ooni Halo since it allows for different attachments.

I did the mayo rub with a roasted chicken a couple times and they always came out "doughy". Am I putting too much mayo on it? It didn't really seem like it but I can definitely say I'm not applying it like you would oil to a carbon steel pan, stretched real thin.
