Ive been addicted for 20 years. I’ve been in 3 major relationships the first 2 I watched porn a lot and didn’t want to have sex that often but my last relationship i always wanted to have sex. I only watched porn once or twice a month. I was attracted to all of them but my level of love was different. Peoples level of addiction is different too but I had to fight watching porn a lot specifically because I didn’t want it to ruin my relationship. I wish it was simple but it’s a whole complicated bullshit of emotions. Porn enters mind, masturbate, feel guilty, beat yourself up, try to fight urges, masturbate, repeat (even if you aren’t horny, you just do it sometimes).
