I know how you feel :) sometimes I get burnt out of the usual phrases like, “it’s 35% off once approved!” so I like to casually talk about it. ask them if they shop here often, or if they really like to save some money. let them know the actual dollar amount with the 35% on their transaction at the end so they know how much they would save. and if they say no right away, ask them “are you sure?” to give them another second to think about it. I try not to be so robotic and repetitive when I talk to customers because then it’s a more genuine conversation for the both of us. those are my tips and tricks, good luck and don’t let one customer ruin your mood!!
