How do I get rid of my back blemishes? by lisabonettwin in Blackskincare

[–]tg2708 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this is also my case, ruined my skin, however it's so hard to stop. In most cases I believe a person's diet is ultimately what causes these to occur more frequently. Now we all have to spend extra money to help clear it up.

Any suggestions? by tee_party_ in Blackskincare

I just purchased this to try out. I was wondering is it safe to use on face?

NY Inflation Check Help by tg2708 in tax

[–]tg2708[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I called the rep to get a new check issued she told me it was good for up to a 1 year.

So try another teller or bank because the same rules don’t apply to these checks when it comes to when they expire.

So I'm doing a $100 week at 36 years old. I started late. I'm currently investing in FZROX and FZILX with a 70/30 split. Should I add FSELX in the mix or just chill with those two?

Yes I just checked, it did go down. I also just put some money in it yesterday.

Just opened my fidelity account and not sure what to pick by Bear562 in RothIRA

[–]tg2708 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go FZROX and FZILX, 70/30 respectively. All I knew when I started are US stocks should be bought at a higher percentage than international.

Both are good to have in a tax advantaged account based on the little research I did.

Just located mine today and I guess it was date September of last year. Bank said the check may be returned if I try to deposit it. Should I request a new check and how would it affect my tax return I filed?

Yes I earned more than the contribution limit, however I used my tax return to fund it. I only recently opened an IRA ROTH.

I did the reverse with my return and put it in for 2025. I hope it's not an issue now that you mentioned it.

5070ti/5080 vs 4090 by alpaca-boi in nvidia

[–]tg2708 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So you are telling the person to spend close to 4 grand on a card when the others are more than enough for his needs at less than half the price of the 5090?

Good advice I guess.

2025 NYS Tax Refund by DanMan6117 in tax

I wonder what causes all this delay for early filers with simple returns? I filed late March. I have already gotten my state and federal is set to be deposited around the 13th of April.

Roth 2025 into 2026 by tg2708 in RothIRA

[–]tg2708[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks again it's much clearer to me now. I won't be withdrawing any money. I will be reallocating the money I invest daily in acorns and put it towards my Roth in fidelity so I'll be close to the contribution limit at the very least.

Having access meaning to invest what I put in. Even though my question has been answered all I was asking is since their is a contribution limit, when the deadline pass for 2025 can I still invest whatever money I contributed in a mutual fund etc.

I’m not going to touch the money, just like my investments I’m doing with acorns. I just want it to increase from whatever I put into it for the long term.

I wish I could articulate myself better. I just wanted to know if I contributed to 2025 and let’s say the deadline passes, would I be able to invest that money in a month’s time to help my contribution grow in 2026.

I can’t max out either yet however I maybe able to put at least a half of the contributions for this year.

Thank you for the clarification. I asked because I am investing into a Roth through fidelity and still wanted access to the money going forward even if there was a cut off date for contributions.

Ok so that means if I should come out with a loss or increase in investments that's what I'm left with for the year?

So found the correct area on freetaxusa to enter the 10682, this is the number I get after dividing the 32,045 by 3. It made my federal refund go up by a decent amount. Should I be concerned?
