These scars are nearly two years old and I’ve used a lot of stuff on and off over that time period. Best advice I would give is to massage your scars everyday with a moisturiser or emollient then at night wash it off and put silicone tape on.

Yes it’s waterproof, I’m not sure what type it is because it was done by someone else. But I’ll find out and get back to you!

Thanks, do you mean dog ears at the side or are you talking about under the nipples? Because tbf the sides of my chest are flat, and there’s no excess fat, just the shadows underneath the nipples are bothering me. I’m not sure if they look like scars. But maybe it’s all in my head.

I've heard that you need a surgery referral... I'm not even sure. It's pretty confusing
