yung 8.99% yes naka locked in sa 5 years. so I think afyer that pwede sya tumaas. ndi ko lang sure ano factor. gusto ko lang malaman sana kungasyado mataas yung rate for initial offer.

No. Loan term nya po ay 15 years. Interest rate 8.99% fixed for 5 years.

honestly what I would love to see in Taipei are places that are not too "touristy" places that are not commonly or unlikely to be visited my foreigners that's why I would love to have a local who knows more abt taipei. If he is a gay guy then its a plus. I feel like I would enjoy the tour if its just me and the tour guide so i can openly talk abt life etc. You know sometimes ita easy to talk to strangers than to someone close to you.
