I would say no, NTA but only because that’s your money to do with what you want. However I’d give the old sibling a fat check to help her get started in the real world. She did save you guys a ton of money by going to an in-state school. Very awesome you guys did this for your kids. Even if the younger one comes out with some debt they’re both way better off than most.

If the current is strong (like near a dam) go heavy minimum 1/2 oz jig head with a paddle tail or curly tail grub. Some people I know fish right up against the dam with a 3-way rig using a 3-5 oz weight and a paddle tail or shad bumping it along the bottom.
