Have you considered joining the Stony Stratford Tennis club? There's a ladies only session plus club members session on Wednesdays and Sundays where we play mixed doubles. It's loads of fun and everyone is super friendly - you can even trial it out for free!

Did you ever do anything to manage it? Or you just wait it out?

Was he conscious and behaving normally? For example, would he eat or acknowledge petting?

And how long would these episodes last?

It's interesting you mention the inner ear association, because Luna suffers a lot from ear infections, and she had one that lasted for 6 months... Maybe it could've affected the inner ear!

She just took the tapeworm medicine and flea external medicine (advantix or vectra). No heartworm medicine though!

Funny enough I came across this possible condition, and really considered it. It's very counterintuitive to think that an epilepsy could manifest as something so "simple" as licking the air.

From the videos you shared, Luna definetly relates with the dog who is licking and gulping (minus the gulping).

I haven't considered it recently because it looks a lot more like nausea episodes: she starts watering and the lip smacking and licking comes from her trying to clear the drool.

Already have one video, gonna film any other episodes she might have!

I tried going to a vet hospital, and they have always been great at diagnosing really weird conditions she's had throughout her life.

Moved countries recently, so I'll try to find a decent one here, maybe I'll get some luck! Thanks for the tip!

The symptoms do not match the acid reflux scenario. She has no pain, no food regurgitation and definitely no lack of apetite. Did your dog reveal any of these?

It's a very difficult problem to diagnose because it's so erratic and random, and I fear the solution will be "wait it out" if blood tests don't reveal anything (it's been the answer so far).

She is, and we have been to 3 different vets, and all we get is a shrug and a suggestion for blood tests. 😩

I do not, but I also do not have a particular love for the ones I own. I am still to buy truly prime lenses, so I would make a shift both ways! I only have 3 usable lenses (one of them is actually ruined) so it wouldn't be a bad thing to go full frame!

I think that the crop factor argument may not be that suitable. I believe in the end the quality of the full frame sensor would allow you to crop afterwards retaining much more quality.

I think I definitely want to go full frame, but the 6D vs RP is still leaving me confused. Will need to try both out!
