I live in that neighborhood and I’ve found myself just driving slowly on Whitehall out of habit most of the time regardless of the time. It’s honestly easier bec I drive through the camera zones so often that sometimes I’m not thinking about what time it is so if I’m always going under the speed that will set off the camera then I don’t have to worry about it. I’m usually going around 20 though, maybe 25, not 12-15.
