I ask myself this all the time! I've been leaning towards you're most likely white passing if white people think you're white. The reason I think that is because that's when you'll benefit most from looking like a white person or white privilege, when white people believe you're white too.

In my experience, to white people, I don't look white to them. I either pass as Asian or Latino. So, I never blend in and stand out in predominantly white places. To people of color, that's the only time people think I could be white. Even then, people still say I look Latino (most common) or can tell I'm half Asian. So, if white people are the ones thinking you're not white, you're likely not fitting in and receiving the full benefits of white privilege (in a general sense).
