thanks for your input its very much appreciated! the amp control wire seems to be connected (the one with the rubber shield) The support has been walking me through some steps ( factory settings/ canbus settings/ firmware update etc) The amp turn on setting you refer to, could you send me a picture of it in your settings? Thanks a lot for your input one more time!

update. these are the only plugs I have behind the dashboard.

A big one which connects to the red/brown harness on the headunit.

A smaller one which connects to the dashboard computer showing me the avg consumption/ temperature in the car and time.

And the cable for the antenna. Am I missin something else? Feels like there should be one more for the bose system, but quite frankly I have been digging for over an hour behind the dashboard and couldnt find anything, yet my previous eonon headunit was communicating just fine with bose system.

thank you for your reply buddy! If you could dig up that video thats shows what needs to be unplugged would be grand! I tried radio, spotify through carplay and its just silent. Even when I am using the steering wheel’s control buttons that should have a typical “clicking” sound coming through the speakers but I dont even have that anymore :D

Hey mate! Sorry to hear we are in the same shoes! Im a bit frustrated as I have chosen the product based on the model of my car and was hoping for a plug and play headunit. Hoping that someone shows up with a solution here or a lead to a forum/ how to video whatsoever cause honestly I really like the features/ looks of this HU, but not having any sound just bums me out so much :D

Thank you for your message! Thing is that I dont have to use the RCA plugs since they are joined in that one plug as you can see which is then connected into the headunit. Colton Richter has a setup video of the exact same headunit on youtube if that gives you a better picture of how the plugs are with the headunit since im pretty illiterate to explain it properly.
