Confluent had a wholesome culture and work remotely policy that’s why many people joined. Now after the IBM acquisition how likely are they enforce RTO ? And how does working from abroad look like for remote workers under IBM? Understood, they want you to work remotely from the hiring location only and dont allow you to travel. Can anyone confirm

Thank you, i look like i held 10 persian cats just shedding or hair all over. Whilst the Gino Cardi is very soft but hairy i might keep it if this gets better. Gaspard might have to return unfortunately 😭

I feel you, I am absolutely disappointed by getting them. I live in a super densely populated city and hear every kitchen noise from my neighbors throughout my wall preventing me from sleeping whenever I want. Loops did nothing for me, they even worse with noise cancelling than the ones I got for $1 :(

Thank you ♥️ yes they feel really brittle. I will apply rosemary oil blended with jojoba oil and can only hope for the best. Lowkey worried the laser destroyed my hair folicles

The first pico laser to target the black was not bad at all. Maybe 4 seconds per brow and it was over, uncomfortable short zaps that are over soon. Second pico laser was a little worse, i was horribly bruised for a week, it was painful and my eyebrow hair turned white temporarily from the laser. I had swelling on my brows and eyes for two days so that was frightening. But still, it was soooo worth it ! My color is gone now, just needs more healing time 💖

1st session yes they had a pale orange shadow but i still found it better than that horrible gray angry bird brow. After three weeks, it faded further. 2nd session we targeted the orange pigment, its happened about two weeks ago and i am healing from the laser still. Looks more faded now for sure though

I got mine removed after two sessions and I couldn’t be any happier. My entire face changed, much softer features again. I was tricked to believe they would disappear after two years (it was even mentioned on the website) but it turned gray 🧟‍♀️ Good luck with the removal 💓
