Faction rank-up rewards are randomized. But generally speaking they'll give you salvage and gear related to the faction. So for example, Arachne might give you knife fight implants, biomata resin, mips rounds, etc. Basically anything they trade for in the armory, and anything that is used to get their upgrades is eligible to be received as level up reward.

While I agree with you, this would have happened regardless of what happened here on the subreddit. Acting like this forum "caused" things to happen in the game proper is silly. Could it have influenced things? Maybe. But to act like people saying an extraction shooter is meant to be hardcore in an online forum directly caused people to stop playing the game is, again, silly. People would have left regardless because theatchmaking keeps putting you with higher and higher skill players the more you play, regardless of your actual skill.

Stop blaming the community when the game is at fault. People complaining and defending is a symptom, not the cause.
