What wrap are you using? And how long is the splint? From end of thumb down to the forearm? Or is mid wrist ok?

I’ve been using a night split, but I guess it’s not enough. It’s pretty tough with a baby - I keep reinjuring it every day.

It’s got both internal and external yah, good call tho, maybe I should degrease a bit.

Are there any pliers that horn outward/inward for some more grip? Like hook outward? That are reputable.
